INDIAN FARMERS FERTILISER COOPERATIVE LIMITED (IFFCO), is the
largest fertiliser manufacturing and marketing cooperative of the world and has jointventures in India and abroad in diversified fields. It has five large chemical fertiliser plants located at Kalol & Kandla in Gujarat, Aonla & Phulpur in Uttar Pradesh and Paradeep in Odisha and Marketing Network PAN India. Its Corporate Office is in New Delhi.
Qualification, YOP & Percentage of Marks
One year Full–time regular ITI course in the trade of Plastic Processing Operator after class Xth from Institution recognised by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Directorate General of Training, Government of Indiaand passed in the year 2018 or thereafter are only eligible to apply.
1) General & OBC Category–Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)
2)SC/ST Category– Minimum 55% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)
Selection Procedure
Online Test/Interview/Medical Check–up.
Age Criteria
Minimum age should be 18 years as on 01stMarch, 2022.
Maximum age 27 years as on 01stMarch, 2022 for General
Category. (relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs & by 3 years for OBC category not
belonging to creamy layer in the maximum age criteria)
Apprenticeship Period & Stipend
One year apprenticeship training on a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.7, 700/–along with other allowances as per the rules of IFFCO.
Post Apprenticeship Training Period Stipend
Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates may be engaged as IFFCO Trainee for two years on a monthly stipend of Rs. 28400/– in the first year &Rs. 29,300/– in the second year along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO. Candidates if found suitable after the aforesaid training period, will be absorbed as Jr. Operator (Bottle Manufacturing) in a suitable pay scale.
Service Bond& Confidentiality Agreement
Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates engaged as IFFCOTrainee will have to furnish a bond to serve IFFCO– Nano Plant for aminimum period of three years after training period. General/OBC would be required to furnish a bond of Rs.25,000/–& SC/ST of Rs.6,500/– at the time of Joining for Training.Confidentiality Agreement will be for maintaining confidentiality of trade secrets and intellectual expertise.
Place of Posting
During training period, the candidate may be posted at any IFFCO– Plant& thereafter if found suitable, may be posted at any IFFCO– Nano Plant. However, one can be transferred to any establishment of IFFCO anywhere in India.
