- 4 sets of duly signed ‘Provisional Offer of Appointment’.
- 3
sets of Attestation Forms duly signed by Gazetted officer (with stamp)
in the last page. Please fill all the copies with your own handwriting. - 1 set of Contract Agreement, duly printed on a non-Judicial stamp paper of ₹ 100 with notary.
- 2 copies of Character Certificates duly signed by two different Gazetted Officers along with stamp.
- 1 set of Physical Fitness Form duly signed by a Government Medical Officer, along with stamp.
- 2 Stamp size colour photographs with blue background only.
- Police verification certificate obtained on or later 01/01/2022.
- COVID-19 Full Vaccination Certificate.
- All other documents as mentioned in Offer Letter.
- All
the candidates requested to bring the blank (unfilled) Joining set to
the Document verification centre to fill on successful document
verification.
