How to check Eastern Railway Apprentice Merit Result

Step 1 : Visit Eastern Railway Official website Railway Recruitment Cell

Step 2 : At home page, click on “Railway Recruitment Cell“.

Step 3 : Fill the mandatory fields on the login section.

Step 4 : Download Apprentice merit list and take print out it for future purposes.

List of Documents Required For Apprentice

You are, therefore, advised to report to this office for verification of certificates (VOC)
along with following documents, in original and 03 self-attested Xerox copies of the documents:
a) 10th Pass Certificate along with Marks Sheet.
b) ITI Pass Certificate issued from NCVT/SCVT and Marks Sheet.
c) PAN Card & AADHAR Card.
d) Caste Certificate.
e) Passport Size photograph ( 10 Copies)
f) All other certificate Marks Sheets as mentioned in your online application.
g) Medical Fitness Certificate for Standard of Physical fitness for Act Apprentice
Training as per format attached. The medical certificate should be signed by
Government authorized doctor (Gaz.), not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon of
Central/State Hospital.

RRC ECR Apprenticeship Result Selection List

 Candidates should also carefully note the following:

a) E-call letter is only a permission to appear for the VOC and in no way guarantees engagement of the candidate for training.
b) It is hereby informed that the number of candidates being called for VOC is the total shortlisted candidates. Hence, merely qualifying in VOC does not entitle a candidate for inclusion in the next stage of selection process as the next stages of selection process for training is guided by extant rules only.

c) Impersonation/malpractice/indiscipline in the VOC will disqualify the candidate and he/she will be debarred from all future railway training. Candidate is also liable to be prosecuted under law.
d) In case of Administrative exigency, the venue/date/time of VOC may be changed for all/some of the candidates.
e) On being found eligible in VOC, medical fitness as submitted by the candidates in prescribed format and completion of administrative procedure in accordance with extant rules a merit-wise panel of shortlisted candidates against the trade-wise notified vacancies under reference (1) will be prepared.
f) No hostel accommodation will be provided and selected candidates will have to make their own arrangement during their training as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
g) As per provision, it is NOT obligatory on the part of the Railways to offer any employment to the Apprentices on completion of their Apprenticeship Training. Accordingly, the Act Apprentices, who will be imparted training in Railway establishments, will have no claim to seek employment on Railways on the basis of such training.
