CITS/CTI Counselling Process, Documents Verification Process

In this post, we are going to tell you which documents will be required For Cits counseling process for Taking provisional admission in any NSTI’s, which documents are very important, if you do not keep these documents ready, you will not be able to get admission in CITS, then the counting has not started yet. Which documents you have to keep ready before starting counseling If you take admission in NSTI or take admission in IToT then you have to go through document verification If you miss any of these documents during counseling So you may face difficulty in getting admission, please keep the below mentioned documents ready:

Phase of CITS Counseling Process

The counseling process of CITS entrance exam is conducted in Four Phases.

• First round counseling
• Second round counseling 
• Third round counseling 
• Map of round counseling 
  

Provisional Admission

To take provisional admission, you will have to go to any nearest NSTI with fee payment receipt and instrument letter, there you will have to take all the original documents so that your physical document verification will be done, only after that you will verify all the documents.

Document Required to be produced while Attending CITS/CTI Documents Verifiction will be verified by NSTI

• Counseling Fee payment and Institute Allotment notification generated from the portal.
• Academic certificate – 8th/10th/+2
• Marksheet And certificate of completing ITI/Degree/Diploma
• Caste Certificate
• EWS Certificate
• PWD Certificate
• Ex-serviceman Certificate
• Adhar Card

All students are given 4 days to take provisional admission, once the candidate is admitted, he will not be able to participate in any further counseling but can participate in the transfer process.
