SER Kolkata Apprentice 2023 Final call letter out, 1785 Posts

Short Information: Railway Recruitment Cell South Eastern Railway released the advertisement of new  recruitment to the post of Apprentice. This time SCR Apprentice invites online application apprentice form total of 1785 different apprentice posts will be recruited, whose applications will be made online through the  website any eligible and interested candidates who want to apply online should apply online between 27 December 2022 to 02 February 2023.

Short-listed candidates against Notification No. SER/ P-HQ/RRC/PERS/Act Apprentice/2022-23 dated 27.12.2022 for engagement of Act Apprentices over South Eastern Railway.

The online notification was published calling for applications from candidates with Matriculation and ITI in the relevant trades for engagement of Act Apprentices over the Railway. Based on the applications and subsequent Document Verification, the following is the provisional list of candidates for further necessary action by the constituent Divisions/Units as per the outcome of the verification. The list  is purely provisional subject to production of credentials before the Training Establishment at the material time. The candidates may contact the concerned Unit for which they have been shortlisted for future course of action

 Eligibiltity

• Matric/10th class Pass with minimum 50% marks.
• ITI in relevant trade (i.e. National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by National Council for  Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State
  Council for Vocational Training).

Selection Process 

Required documents

• • Duplicate photocopies of all certificates duly attested along with all original certificates
  • 2 different character certificates in the prescribed proforma
  • 4 copies of recent passport-size photographs for engagement.
  • 2 Photocopies of bank passbook, PAN card and Aadhar card
• No Travelling or other allowances will be admissible.
• No facilities of Boarding and loading are available.
• The selected candidate will be required to attend the respective training centre as per the timing fixed by the administration.
• If you intend to accept the offer of engagement of these conditions, please report to this office along with original offer of engagement within 15 days from the date of issue of this letter to the office of the WPO/KGP, failing which this offer will lapse and will not be renewed.
