- The Agreement signed between the candidate & JBTS company would be on Permanent Basis.
will be as per JBTS Norms (7 CL, 7 SL & 1 PL on every 20 working
days), out of which PL will be credited after 1 year of service and rest
will be on Pro-Rata basis.
- Uniforms will be provided (on company account).

children upto 25 years). The coverage would be of Rs. 3 Lakhs per Annum,
and the premium will be deducted in 6 equal installments.
- Parent’s Mediclaim will be on paid basis (as per the selection of coverage amount).
- Safety Kit (PPEs) will be provided (on company account).
- Weekly-Offs & Holidays will be as per company policy.
CTC will be 3 lakhs per annum & every Financial Year, the Annual
Increments will be announced along with Salary hike as per individual
& company performance.
at Tarapur for all the New Joinees will be on their personal basis
& company’s expectation is that candidate should serve minimum three
years for his/her better growth and development in future.
