Short Information Hindi : यह सूचित किया जाता है कि अधिसूचना संख्या आरआरसी / ईआर / अधिनियम अपरेंटिस / 2019 के खिलाफ पूर्व रेलवे की नामित इकाइयों में प्रशिक्षण के लिए दस्तावेज सत्यापन (डीवी) (अधिनियम अपरेंटिस अधिनियम 1961 और शिक्षुता नियम, 1992 के अनुसार ) 10/08/2022 से 18/08/2022 तक लिलुआ कारखाना (लिलुआ और हावड़ा के लिए) में आयोजित होने वाला है तथा 29/08/2022 से 15/09/2022 तक जमालपुर कारखाना (जमालपुर, आसनसोल और मालदा के लिए) में आयोजित होने वाला है। इन इकाइयों द्वारा दिए गए कार्यक्रम इस नोटिस के साथ संलग्न है। उम्मीदवार डीवी (DV) का ई-कॉल लेटर 29/08/2022 से 18/08/2022 तक 10.30 बजे तक डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं लिलुआ कारखाना के लिए तथा 31/08/2022 से 15/09/2022 तक 09.30 बजे तक जमालपुर कारखाना के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि डीवी के लिएअपनी ई-कॉल लेटर आर आर सी ईआर वेबसाइट www.rrcer.com कोलकाता के नोटिस बोर्ड पर दिए गए लिंक से डाउनलोड करें ।
योग्य उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन में उम्मीदवार द्वारा भरे गए पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी में ईमेल के माध्यम से और पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर कॉल / संदेश के माध्यम से भी सूचित किया जा रहा है।
DV का शेड्यूल अंतिम है, और उम्मीदवारों को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि वे अपने मूल दस्तावेजों के साथ आवंटित दिन और सत्र में DV में शामिल हों, जैसा कि ई-कॉल लेटर में उल्लेख किया गया है। आमतौर पर डीवी के पुनर्निर्धारण के लिए प्रार्थना पर आर आर सी ईआर द्वारा विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और यदि कोई असाधारण परिस्थिति उत्पन्न होती है तो संबंधित इकाई मामले का फैसला करेगी।
अधिसूचना संख्या आरआरसी / ईआर / अधिनियम अपरेंटिस / 2020-2021 में दर्शाए गए विस्तृत निर्देशों का पालन किया जाना चाहिए। इस नोटिस के साथ नीचे संलग्न निर्देशों का भी ईमानदारी से पालन किया जाना चाहिए, अन्यथा उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी और किसी भी अपील पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Short Information English :This is to inform that the Document Verification (DV) for engagement of Act Apprentice for training in designated units of Eastern Railway (in terms of Act Apprentice Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992) against Notification No. RRC/ER/Act Apprentice/2020-2021 is scheduled to be held on and from 10/08/2022 to 18/08/2022 at Liluah Workshop (for Liluah and Howrah) and from 29/08/2022 to 15/09/2022 at Jamalpur Workshop (for Jamalpur, Asansol and Malda) as per the schedule finalized by these units. The schedule is attached with this notice.
The e-call letter of DV can be downloaded by the candidates for Liluah Workshop from 29.07.2022 to 18.08.2022 till 10.30 Hrs. and for Jamalpur Workshop from 31.07.2022 to 15.09.2022 till 09.30 Hrs. Eligible candidates are requested to download e-call letter for DV from the link, provided on RRC-ER on Notice Board of its website-www.rrcer.com Kolkata.
The candidates are also being informed through email in registered email id and message in registered mobile number as filled up by the eligible candidate in the online application.
The schedule of DV is final and the candidates are instructed to attend the DV on allotted day and session as mentioned in the e-call letter, along with their original documents. Generally the prayer for rescheduling of the DV will not be entertained by RRC-ER and the concerned unit would decide the matter, if any exceptional circumstances arise..
The detailed instructions as indicated in the Notification No. RRC/ER/Act/Apprentice/2020-2021 should be followed. The instructions attached with this notice should also be followed scrupulously, otherwise the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled and no appeal would be considered.
Hindi translation and instructions to candidates are followed. In case of any dispute in Hindi version, the English version of notice and instruction stands.

Selection Process
unit-wise, community-wise). The merit list in each unit will be prepared
on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in matriculation (with
minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which
Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of average
of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
