  • High School Certificate and Marks sheet
  • ITI/Diploma/Degree Certificate and Marks Sheet.
  • Aadhar card
  • PAN Card.
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate.
  • 04 x copies of passport size colour photographs with white background.
  • Passbook of Punjab National Bank, SBI or ICICI Bank only
  • Character Certificate signed by District Magistrate or Senior Supdt of Police  (Format Enclosed).
  • Medical Fitness Certificate by the Chief Medical officer   (Format enclosed).
  • Indemnity Bond (Format enclosed)
  • Affidavit (Format enclosed).
