अखिल भारतीय व्यावसायिक ( शिल्प) Annual / Dual System परीक्षा अगस्त 2022 दिनांक 01.08.2022 से दिनांक 04.08.2022 तक विभिन्न सरकारी / गैर सरकारी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में आयोजित होने वाली विषय व्यवहारिक परीक्षा को कदाचारमुक्त एवं शान्तिपूर्वक ढंग से सम्पन्न कराने हेतु पर्यवेक्षक, दण्डाधिकारी, सशस्त्र पुलिस बल की प्रतिनियुक्ति एवं परीक्षा केन्द्र का औचक निरीक्षण हेतु उड़नदस्ता के संबंध में

उपर्युक्त विषय के संबंध में कहना है कि अखिल भारतीय व्यावसायिक ( शिल्प) Annual / Dual System परीक्षा अगस्त 2022 का विषय व्यवहारिक की Offline परीक्षा दिनांक 01.08.2022 से दिनांक 04.08. 2022 तक राज्य के विभिन्न औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में आयोजित होना निर्धारित है (परीक्षा केन्द्र की सूची एवं परीक्षा कार्यक्रम संलग्न) परीक्षा का विस्तृत कार्यक्रम के अनुरूप परीक्षा पूर्णतः स्वच्छ हो, इस उद्देश्य से परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर परीक्षा अवधि में पर्यवेक्षक, दण्डाधिकारी, सशस्त्र पुलिस बल की प्रतिनियुक्ति एवं परीक्षा केन्द्र का औचक निरीक्षण हेतु कार्यपालक दण्डाधिकारी को उड़नदस्ता के रूप में प्रतिनियुक्त करना आवश्यक है। यहाँ पर उल्लेखनीय है कि निर्धारित परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर पारदर्शिता को देखते हुए जिला में अवस्थित श्रम नियोजन, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग के पदाधिकारी को पर्यवेक्षक, दण्डाधिकारी एवं उड़नदस्ता के रूप में नामित नही किया जाए। जिला में पदस्थापित श्रम, नियोजन, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग को छोड़कर अन्य विभाग के पदाधिकारियों को पर्यवेक्षक, दण्डाधिकारी एवं उड़नदस्ता के रूप में प्रतिनियुक्त किया जाय ।

अतः अनुरोध है कि राज्य में अवस्थित अपने जिला के परीक्षा केन्द्र पर शांतिपूर्ण परीक्षा सम्पन्न कराने के निमित आप अपने स्तर से पर्यवेक्षक, दण्डाधिकारी सशस्त्र पुलिस बल की प्रतिनियुक्ति एवं परीक्षा केन्द्र का औचक निरीक्षण हेतु कार्यपालक दण्डाधिकारी को उड़नदस्ता के रूप में प्रतिनियुक्ति किया जाय।
