- Self-attested copy of sports achievements certificates related to events / discipline.
- Self-attested copy of documents of Essential Qualifications including 10th / 12th Class pass certificate.
- Self-attested copy of caste certificate in prescribed proforma (Annexure-“G”& Annexure-“H” as applicable)
- Self-attested copy of Aadhaar (UDAI) card, if available.
- Crossed Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque, if available.
- Two self-addressed envelopes of size 23×10 cms with postage stamp of Rs. 25/- to be affixed on each envelope.
- Form for issue of Admit Card (in full
size paper) duly filled in and forwarded along with passport size
photograph as per Annexure -“ A1”.

in favour of the Authority mentioned in Column No. 03 and
superscripting on the envelope “APPLICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF
SPORTSPERSON IN CRPF AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA-2022” along with the required
documents within 30 days from the next day of publication of recruitment
